IMPORTANT UPDATE: Unfortunately, we will be postponing this event due to the current COVID-19 situation. We do not have a set date for the new open mat at this time as this situation is ongoing, but we will update once we can. In the meantime, online donations can still be made directly to Bella and her family using PayPal, Cash App, or the GoFundMe page.

5-year-old Bella is a member of our extended Shark Pit BJJ/Winchester Boxing family who is currently battling brain cancer. All month long, we will be accepting donations to go to help her family with medical bills and other expenses during this difficult time. 100% of proceeds will go directly to the family.

We will also be accepting donations at our end of the month themed open mat on Friday, 03/27. The theme will be "March to the Rescue", where everyone can dress up as a hero. That can mean superheroes, doctors, firefighters, police, teachers, grandmothers - anyone you feel is a hero.

Every $10 that you donate will enter you into a raffle to win a free Shark Pit Jiu Jitsu t-shirt. You DO NOT need to attend the open mat in order to be eligible to win the shirt. Every $10 donation counts towards the raffle, even if you cannot make it to the gym.

Payment options:
-Donate cash in person at the gym
-Donate via PayPal directly to Bella's mother, Mandi: mandibauserman0104@yahoo.com
-Donate to the family's GoFundMe: http://gf.me/u/xmgnpf
-Donate via Cash App: $BellasFight

For any online donations, please either message or email us (sharkpitbjj@gmail.com) a screenshot of payment confirmation in order to be entered into the raffle. Make sure the donation dollar amount is included.

As always, this open mat is free to attend but donations are highly encouraged. Anyone is welcome, including members of other gym affiliations.
